Herd these little guys on my way home the other day. No idea what kind of birds they are but they sure are loud. Good thing they're cute. They hung around a while and flew off.
I saw them visit the next day too.

Quaker or Monks Parrots which roost in Brooklyn and the Bronx. They were allegedly escapees from a shipment at Kennedy Airport which have become a feral flock. We think of them as tropical, but it seems the hot weather bothers them more than the cold.
